I'm Todd Green. I've been remodeling bathrooms and kitchens around Salt Lake since 2001, and I do the work myself — no crew, no subs wandering through your house. One person you meet at the walkthrough and see every morning until it's done.
Todd comes to the walkthrough himself, and he's the one who does the work. Nobody else gets a key.

Bathroom renovation
Full gut to tile, plumbing, and a shower that drains right. Two to four weeks, and I'm there every day of it.
Kitchens
Cabinets, counters, and the wall you've been wanting gone. I'll tell you straight if it's load-bearing.
Whole-home renovation
Older Sugar House and Holladay homes brought up to date without losing what makes them good. Booked in phases, room by room.
Flooring
Hardwood, LVP, and tile — leveled and prepped properly so it stays flat and quiet.
Basements & additions
Finished basements and mother-in-law suites. I pull the permits and meet the inspector so you don't have to.
Decks & fencing
Cedar and composite decks, railings, and fence lines — built to sit level through a Utah winter and the spring that follows.

Travertine out, marble in
A dated jetted tub and a wall of oak came out. A freestanding tub, a frameless glass shower, and a double vanity went in.
Kitchen, opened up
Dark granite and a heavy peninsula out. Cabinetry to the ceiling, light counters, and a floor that runs through to the hall.
The stone room
Red carpet and a black cast tub out. A copper slipper tub, warm tile floors, and a room that finally shows off its own walls.
Two decks
One rebuilt from the footings up after the boards went soft, and one composite deck with an aluminium rail.
A second kitchen, in a basement
Red walls and a bare concrete slab, turned into a full working kitchen with an island and quartz counters.
Oak and brass, gone
Same footprint, forty years newer. Oak, brass and a Hollywood light bar traded for shaker white, sconces, and a patterned floor.

No mystery, no change-order surprises. You'll know the sequence before I pull a permit.
Walkthrough
45 minutes at your house. I measure, ask how you actually use the room, and give you real numbers on the spot.
Fixed written bid
Line-item scope with allowances spelled out, in your inbox within a week.
Build
Dust walls up, floors covered, tools packed out at the end of the day. Text me directly — you'll get a photo update every Friday.
Walk the punch list
I fix the small stuff before I invoice, and I come back for the two-year warranty. Same phone number in five years.
